I handcraft all products within 2-6 weeks, depending on where I am in the waxing/casting process.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
If you are ordering a Custom Piece from my One of a Kind Catalog, I make it again in wax from the same picture you are viewing. So it may vary slightly from the original picture. Remember, each piece is made by hand in wax, I do not use molds and mass produce the same piece over and over.
Care for your new product(s) by:
Sterling Silver Pieces should not be worn in the Pool or Hot tub. The chemicals could turn them black. (They can be polished back to new if you do this however.) Wear gloves or remove jewelry when using harsh chemicals to avoid damage.
Use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean underneath the stones to remove dirt and lotions with a mild soap. Dry the pieces thoroughly to avoid skin irritation.
I always love creating new pieces. I can use your stone or mine. I do not guarantee your stone against chipping or breaking when setting for reimbursing or paying to replace it. It’s rare, but can happen.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
It is very important that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me and we will discuss the best way to make you happy, either with a refund or exchange. Jewelry must be in it’s original condition as you received it and in original jewelry box. I Will access a Cleaning/ Re-listing fee of $25. RESIZED RINGS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for the return shipping unless we discuss other options. I want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase and will do everything to make that come true.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
